On this page I have gathered my services and resources together.
I have written a book to help with managing emotions and finding a therapist, called ‘Do I Need to See a Therapist?’ which you can find by clicking on the orange book image.
I also offer counselling and psychotherapy as I am an accredited psychotherapist. All of my sessions are carried out over Zoom.
I also work with expressive writing to help process emotions and bring sounds into this work too.
